Daniela B. Lynch

Daniela B. Lynch is an associate attorney at The Law Office of Rajeh Saadeh, L.L.C., and handles all divorce and family law issues, including alimony, child custody, parenting time, visitation, valuation and division of assets, domestic violence, and child support. She also handles criminal defense and municipal court matters and has represented high profile criminal defense clients in New York City. Daniela also handles may types of immigration cases and has experience in real estate transactions, civil contract disputes, and bankruptcy.

Daniela attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where she volunteered at the Child Advocacy Clinic representing children in abuse and neglect cases. She was an active member of the Latin American Law Students Association and organized on and off-campus events for Hofstra Law's minority students. Before law school, Daniela graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where she double-majored in International Politics and Communication Studies, was a National Honor Society member, and studied abroad in Europe.
