Robert F. Galvan is an associate attorney with The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, L.L.C. He is a graduate of Montclair State University and Rutgers Law School and has dedicated his career to assisting those navigating the complex matrimonial court system. Before commencing his work as a family law attorney, Robert gained invaluable experience through his work as an intern with the Newark-based Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, and as a Student Advocate with the Safe Horizon: Domestic Violence Law Project as well as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Chancery Division - Family Part.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Robert developed and oversaw an attorney/student partnership-led Child Support clinic, affording no-cost legal services to low-income clients seeking assistance on a wide range of FM and FD matters. Robert focused his studies on the field of Matrimonial Law, primarily public interest litigation and domestic violence victims’ representation. As the Senior Technology & Research Editor and am Executive Board Member of the Rutgers Law School Women’s Rights Law Reporter, he authored an article entitled "Come Senators, Congressmen, Please Heed the Call: A Five-Year Study of Sexual Assault in the United States Military, ft. Don't Ask, Don't Tell" 38 Women's Rts. L. Rep. 161 (2016), which was selected for publication in 2016. A Philip J. Levin Scholar, Robert was further awarded the Saul Mendlovitz Prize for Excellence in Law and the Humanities, and was personally acknowledged for his dedication to pro bono matrimonial litigation. In his time as a Student Advocate with Safe Horizon: Domestic Violence Law Project, he served as primary representation for domestic violence victims seeking initial or final Orders of Protection throughout the Five Boroughs.

Robert prides himself on his passion for the law and his dedication to assisting those working through the often-daunting matrimonial litigation process. He is an intent advocate with a passion for compassionate client interaction and a steadfast dedication to his clients’ rights. Robert is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, and he is a member of the Somerset County Bar Association.
